My Name is Jim Brown
I started lifting weights at 13 years old with the sole intent of becoming a competitive Bodybuilder. It took a long time, a lot of experiments, and some expert mentoring to come up with my Forged Training System. I wanted to create a way to pass these lessons that took me years to learn on to you. These essential tools will allow you to build and maintain muscle while also allowing you to design your own workout programing for the rest of your life.
What you get with the program
- All the principles and theories that I have used to train myself and clients successfully for 20 years.
- How to structure and set up your own training forever.
- How to evaluate and adjust the critical balance between recovery and stimulus to force your body to change.
- Intensity tools
- Mindset needed to train with maximum output
- Examples of programs
Please look at my timeline of pictures and tell me I was blessed with some rare genetic gifts that allow me to gain muscle. You must be kidding me! Every ounce of muscle I have ever gained I had to work my ass off for. I never reached my goal of becoming a professional bodybuilder, but I was able to FORGE a world class physique.
From my first contest where I was “coached” and came in looking absolutely horrible at 220 pounds and 10% bodyfat, to my last contest 11 years later at 278 pounds and sub 5% dry and flat, I gained 66lbs of lean muscle. During my last 3 years of competing I used anabolic steroids, but it didn’t change my system of training. The enhanced muscle building effects, allowed me to add more stimulus as my recovery went up. My Forged system now takes all those variables into account. At 46 years of age and being on TRT only, my recovery is now significantly lower. But I am able to balance my training stimulus to match. My Forged Training system will show you how to do this for yourself for life.
